Call for scripts - Part 1

This is a call to all writers, or anyone who thinks they can write. This is the first public call for the Patchwork Video project. At this Stage we are looking for a basic idea. This is not a call for complete scripts, but rather a call for ideas. If you have an idea and you think it would make a great movie, let us know.

Details:
Must have at least three major characters, but probably not more than 15. (though if the right idea came along and it had more characters, we would open to a paradigm shift)

Ideas should we clearly developed, but not overly long.
3,000 words would probably be too long.

And of course ideas should be friendly to people of various backgrounds, and appropriate for all ages (It should be noted that this is not planned as a kids movie, but more a movie that you wouldn't mind your kids watching).
Good luck
and have fun.

What is it?

The idea is simple: We make a movie, a real movie, and anyone who wants to be a part of it can.
So what do we know right now. Honestly not much. Basically this is a contest. Anyone can try for any part in the movie that they want, and whatever we like the best we will use.

Of course if you enter please make sure you are submitting your own work, and that you have the rights necessary for everything you use. There will probably be an official agreement drafted before we actually accept anything.

So what's the movie about?
That's up to you. We don't have a script yet.

What do we know?
We want this movie to appeal to the broadest group of people possible.
So we ask that you keep your submissions clean.
Also we are looking for quality. As a general rule video files should be at least 640 x 480, though official standards have not yet been set on this.

Money earned through the project will be apportioned out to those whose work is used.
Everyone is invited, and we hope you have fun.
